dc Tone is a less than 30 minute Workout!
This system is designed to re-shape your body from head to toe, using workout bands. There are three different types of bands. Light, medium and heavy. As you progress with your program you change your band colour to progress changing your body shape. Punching intervals with small 0.5kg hand weights are used to burn calories and re-shape the body.This system will re-shape and stream line your muscles and define your body shape.
.All workouts are finished with a 5 min stretch down to kepp you supple, flexible and relaxed.

dc Sweat is a 30 minute Workout.
This system is designed to burn unwanted calories and get you FIT. With boxing techniques and intense basic cardio and toning workouts this is a great way to de stress, lose body fat and sweat.
All workouts are finished with a 5 min stretch down to kepp you supple, flexible and relaxed.
