Healthy Natural Food, Herbs and Spices

I eat everything natural and do not add anything to my food unless they are natural herbs and spices.  The body wasn’t designed to eat artificial colours and preservatives; the body is designed to eat healthy natural food that has not been processed.  Think about it: did cave man eat bread, chips and biscuits from packets or did they drink soft drink or juices from cans?

The more you eat this artificial and processed food the more weight you put on and the more sickness occurs with the body such as: cancers, ulcers, stress, feeling tired, lethargic, heart disease etc…

To help yourself to a natural healthy life it’s important to know what food groups to eat and turn your cooking recipes in to great tasting fresh and natural eating and by doing this you will see amazing results mentally & physically within your body in days.

By eating natural foods you will keep the body looking good and feeling good. Then exercising 2 days a week for 30 min will keep the body tone and fit, it’s that easy!
