WHAT IS THE 12 WEEK CHALLENGE

The 12 week challenge has been developed to knock inches off your waist line in just weeks. It also fits in with your hectic lifestyle to make it so easy to keep fit, toned and healthy and reshape your body inside & out the healthy way.

Choose a piece of clothing that you would LOVE to fit into as your motivation will be to wear that piece of clothing in12 weeks!

EATING PLAN

You follow a healthy Natural eating plan which is all the fuel the body needs to keep it functioning with all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and good fats. You will find easy to prepare recipes & snacks & handy hints in your lifestyle diary!

WORKOUT PLAN

You work out for 2 days a week for less than 30 mins to my dc workout systems. These systems have been developed to reshape & tone as well as keeping you fit in the comfort of your own home!
